Deadline extension!
Based upon the numerous requests received, the organizing committee has extended the deadline for the submission of prerecorded material to September 4th, 2020.
Note: Due to the massive handling of prerecorded material (we expect more than 1.5TB of memory occupation and, accordingly, a huge data transfer traffic), please, do NOT hold on until the very last minute and submit your video as soon as it is ready.
Upon accessing the submission link you have received by email, you will be required:
- To provide the paper identifier.
- To choose which author is presenting the work.
- To fill out a speaker form with the following items: email address, speaker headshot photo (up to 5MB, jpg or png format) and speaker bio in the available text field.
- To upload the presentation assets: slides (only one pdf file, 10MB size limit), video (only mp4) and poster, if applies, (pdf, 10MB size limit).
Please note that the prerecorded presentation, together with the participation in the scheduled live session, will be considered as a replacement of your attendance at the conference and is a requirement for your paper to remain in IEEE Xplore®.
Instructions for the preparation of the videos are given here. Please, closely adhere to these guidelines.
The material should be uploaded by August 21, 2020 September 4, 2020. Videos that are not received by the deadline will be considered no-shows in accordance with the IEEE non-presented paper policy.
