Would it be acceptable to use my video upload for the presentation?

Papers associated to speakers that do not give a live recap of the talk (up to fifteen minutes for lectures and demos, and up to five minutes for posters), and then answer questions directly made along the live session will be considered "no-shows" and they will be excluded from IEEE Xplore.

The pre-recorded video is not a substitute for your live presentation.

I did not receive my credentials to access the virtual conference yet. Is this normal? If not, what should I do to get those credentials?

You will receive the log-in credentials for the virtual conference by Thursday, October 8 Friday, October 9.

When will live sessions be defined?

The new times and dates for the live sessions are already available. The Lecture Session Schedule can be found here. The Schedule of Posters and Demonstrations is available here. A sketch of the global program timeline is available here. Times are given in Central European Summer Time (UTC+2).

I am currently trying to register ISCAS 2020 using https://iscas2020.org/registration/, however when I clicked the Login then Register button, I’m getting "That Page can’t be found.” error.

The registration portal has been temporarily disabled. It will be reestablished on September 7th, 2020 September 15th, 2020 (our apologies for the delay).

When is the submission deadline to send the prerecorded presentation?

Based upon the numerous requests received, the organizing committee has extended the deadline for the submission of prerecorded material to September 4th, 2020. Individualized links for depositing such material per paper were submitted to all authors. For more information about the production of videos and posters, please refer to the conference website of www.iscas2020.org.

Our Paper was accepted for a poster presentation. Do we still need to submit a poster file, or does the video presentation and slides replace the poster? If so, when is the deadline for this submission?

Yes. Poster presentations will be available on-demand within the virtual platform during and before the conference. The procedure for the presentations will emulate the dynamics of a typical poster session in a face-to-face conference. The pdf of your poster (free format, A4 or equivalent size) will allow delegates to approach your work in one visual shot and, if interested, they may access your video for further explanations.

The deadline for submitting posters and videos is September 4th, 2020.

Could you provide a PowerPoint template or provide files with the logos that must be added to the presentation?

The template and logos are available here.

How long will conference content be available to access?

All video content corresponding to the technical papers in the main track will be available in open preview at IEEE Xplore two weeks before the beginning of the conference and, of course, during the conference. During this time period, questions to authors will be allowed in the Q&A forum. Furthermore, discussion boards will be available to debate presented works in free form.

12 days seem too long for a conference. Why this schedule?

A conference should levearge the interaction among delegates. To give networking a chance and foster the active participation of delegates living in different time zones, we have decided to spread the conference and allow a better imbrication with daily life.

How and when will attendees have access to the virtual conference?

Registered attendees will receive email notifications with further details on how to access conference sessions, conference proceedings, and more.

Are authors required to be present during their session?

During the live sessions, authors must be available to give a recap of their works and answer the Q&A as stated in the conference policies. Pre-recorded presentations will not be reproduced during the live sessions. Authors should contact their session chair with any questions or concerns.

The organization committee strongly encourage attendees to view the pre-recorded videos prior to the live session and leave their comments and questions for the authors.

We are interested in exhibiting at the 2020 ISCAS, and would appreciate you sending us information about the opportunities available.

The platform will offer boards for announcements so that pdfs or videos can be shown to all attendees.
