Important dates updated after ISCAS 2020 postponement!!

Registration Procedure

All conference attendees must register exclusively via the Internet through the portal:

ISCAS 2020 Registration

The registration procedure involves three steps:

  1. Either the person who wants to register, or someone to whom he/she delegates the registration process, must get login credentials to access the portal. The credentials are user-defined and consist of a valid email address and a password. The password must contain a minimum of eight and a maximum of thirty alfa-numeric characters, including at least one upper-case letter, one lower-case letter, and one number.

A single portal user can register several conference attendees. Thus, for instance, several attendees from the same institution can be registered by one administration staff person.

  1. The registration at the conference, including the selection of the different options and payment details, has to be made by login at the registration portal and providing the required pieces of information.

The portal also offers other services featured by the conference organizers, including bookings of Hotel rooms.

  1. Conference registration will only be completed after a valid payment is in place. Payments can be made either online by credit card or by bank transfer. Once the payment is confirmed, a REGISTRATION CODE will be sent by e-mail to the user in order to upload the final paper through the ISCAS 2020 Paper Submission web site. The registration code will also be needed for any other interaction with the Conference Secretariat (for instance, for hotel reservations).

Note that the registration code is different from the login credentials used in step (1). In case of payment by bank transfer, the registration code will be sent after wire transfer confirmation (this may take more than 48 hours).

Papers must be covered by FULL registration fees.

Student Registration fees do NOT ensure paper publication. Each full registration fee can cover up to 2 papers.

If you need a VISA, please start your VISA application as soon as possible in order to secure it by the conference. Conference registration is REQUIRED in order to receive an invitation letter. Send invitation letter questions to the Conference Secretariat (see below).

IMPORTANT: The author MUST REGISTER by the final submission deadline. Otherwise, the paper(s) submission will be automatically canceled.

The registration fee for members, non-members, and students includes:

  • All conference technical sessions
  • Access to exhibitions
  • Conference proceedings (electronic copy)
  • Coffee-breaks
  • Mini-tutorials (October, 12-13)
  • Welcome Reception (Sunday, October 11)
  • Gala Dinner (Tuesday, October 12)

The conference fee does not include attendance to Tutorials on Sunday, October 11.

Tutorial day registration does not require conference registration. The fee entitles attendance to 1 full-day or 2 half-day tutorials on October 11h. No half-day fee is envisaged.

ISCAS 2020 Registration

Cancellation Policy

100% refund for cancellations received before and on Friday, 4th September 2020; an administrative fee of 100.00 € will be applied.

50% refund for cancellations received between Saturday, 5th September 2020 and Friday, 25th September 2020.

NO REFUNDS for cancellation on and after Saturday 26th September 2020.

Payments made via Bank Transfer are non-refundable.

IEEE No Show Policy

In order to have your paper published to the IEEE Xplore digital library, it is required that you attend the conference AND present your paper. If you do not attend for any reason, your paper will be excluded from Xplore. This policy applies equally to oral and poster presentations.
